refreshing air into your cabin’s footwells and dash.
This high-performance turbo fan is fed by high-pressure air from the
hood-mounted Air Ram. As you ride, the Air Ram captures and channels air
for three key functions:
1. Heat Management: A portion of the airflow is diverted between the
Heat Separator and the cab’s front firewall to help dissipate heat
buildup from the radiator lines.
2. Dash Cooling: Cool air is directed into the dash to improve overall
cabin comfort.
3. Footwell Blasting: The turbo fan forces a high volume of air directly
into the footwells, keeping you cooler than you thought possible—even on
the hottest rides.

Engineered for performance and comfort, the Heat Separator™ is
constructed from dual-sided radiant aluminum with a 5mm insulating
core—designed to reflect and dissipate heat directly from the front
firewall.
This precisely angled deflector spans from the bottom of the hood down
to the front differential, channeling hot air downward and outward—away
from the center console and cab. The 2024–2025 XP 1000 models feature a
large plastic overhang where the body meets the front frame, creating a
notorious heat trap. As heat
passes through the radiator, the cool air coming through the wheel wells
traps the hot air in the middle, forcing it straight through the center
console and into the cab—making the interior hotter the faster you
drive.
The Heat Separator™ solves this problem by redirecting airflow away from
the cab. It significantly reduces heat soak, which can be up to 180
degrees, on the front plastics and keeps your legs cool—even during
high-speed rides.
Get the Best Results
While the Air Ram and Fan can be purchased separately from the Heat
Separator, we highly recommend using them together. The Heat Separator
enhances performance by deflecting hot radiator air away from the cabin,
