UTV Behind the Seat Heat Shield/UTV Cooler Cab Kit for RZR Turbo R
The Wolfsnout® UTV Back Seat Heat Shield is a fantastic product that significantly reduces heat and dust produced by the engine and dirt trails.
This kit greatly reduces cab heat by insulating, deflecting and sealing hot air entry. This kit comes with what you need to keep the hot air from blowing in from under the dash as well as deflecting hot air from the radiator at the drive line cover.
2024 XP 1000 BACK SEAT HEAT SHIELD INSTALLTION
Be sure to clean all areas with alcohol.
If you have put any silicone on it, that may need to be cleaned with acetone.
- Slide mat in behind harnesses
- Center mat over console.
- Place the bottom of the mat, into the same slot that holds the bottom rear panel.
- Slip the mat behind the console.
- Form mat to fit the curves on the back panels.
- Be sure the top is lined up to the harness brackets.
- Fold edges on both sides around the engine compartment.
- Starting on the top middle, peel Velcro dots, and warm the sticky side with a hair dryer or heat gun,
- Then attach the Velcro dot to the top of the fire wall cover, while still in place on the back mat.
- Work you way around from the middle out, warming and sticking the Velcro, while still attached to the mat.
- Repeat on the sides.
On the Ultimate – you will need to remove the four bolts holding the control module to the shifter tower and lay it over to the side.
Then install as in the video. Once installed use the thick peel and stick circles around the wire harness to complete the seal. Only Torque Module Bolts to 10 ft lbs.

The kit is well thought out. I’m impressed by the quality of the “foam”. But this is Wolfsnout’s forte so to speak so IMHO it meets what I’d expect from Wolfsnout.

I ordered the cab cooler kit and it really works as advertised. It gets a little warm down here in south Texas and I had already tried wrapping the coolant pipes, covering the center console with reflective heat tape and a couple of other things, but nothing really worked. Put in the Wolfsnout kit and it actually made a huge difference in getting rid of the in cab heat.

These are AMAZING!!! I wont ride without a set ever again. One of the best fitting goggles I’ve had and the mask is soo comfortable you can barely even tell its there!!

Ok, I thought it best that I check back in and tell you how I liked the goggles. Rode with them yesterday. The best I’ve ever worn. I wear glasses and with my Oakleys they fog up when I ride. Not so with the Premium goggles.
