Description

This is our solution. Its a aluminum foil insulating sound proofing material that we heat laminated to a rubber backing with mylar bubble insulation in between for great insulating ability.  It is then die cut, seemed to be a fitted to the full back panel, to not only to insulate but stop the hot air that is pulled in from the back when you are running full wind shields.  Not only does it block the back heat out it greatly reduces engine noise in the cab. You can take it out in the winter to get your heater back. If you use harnesses we also offer rubber harness grommets to close off the heater vents were the harnesses attach. They also give a finished look.

                                                                       Directions For Use

Remove the two seats. Slide one side of the mat under the seat belt or harnesses, keeping the end rolled inward, then do the same to the other side.  Line the center up and slide the mat down, while bending the bottom of both sides, forward, under where the seats go.  The center bottom should fit down between the back firewall and the drive line cover. The mat should cover around 5 inches under the seats (when installed) Then fit the sides around the frame and seat belt brackets.  Press the mat, to fit it to the firewall. Pull back the top corners of the mat, to see where the Velcro will attach. Clean the area of the firewall, where the Velcro will attach. Leaving both sides of the Velcro attached to the mat, peal the Velcro dot backing and heat with a blow dryer.  Once warm, push the corners back to the firewall, pressing to ensure the Velcro dot adheres to the plastic.   If you have a back-window panel, the mat should be under the panel seal.   If you are using stock seat belts you will need to cut the mat on the dotted lines before installation.

Ok, I thought it best that I check back in and tell you how I liked the goggles. Rode with them yesterday. The best I’ve ever worn. I wear glasses and with my Oakleys they fog up when I ride. Not so with the Premium goggles.
