Wolfsnout understands that returns can be difficult, so we strive to make them as smooth as possible. We offer a 30 day return policy, and a 90-day defect replacement policy! To initiate a return, please email tim@wolfsnout.com and include your original order number. 

Eligibility:  

Any new and unused items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

Any item with a manufacturer defect is eligible for return or replacement within 90 days of purchase date.

Shipping: 

Customer is responsible for the costs of shipping back items eligible for return.

Customer must include their name on the shipping label as it appears on the original order.

Restocking Fee:

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless there is a manufacturer defect or we made a mistake. If we shipped you the incorrect item or the item is defective there will be no restocking fee.
