Description Introducing the Cool Cab Air Ram , a revolutionary system designed to keep your cab comfortable in all conditions. This cutting-edge solution forces cool air into the floorboards. With its versatile design, this kit can also transform into a heater for winter months, thanks to optional interchangeable parts available separately or as a combo. Installation of this system takes just a few hours, but the benefits are substantial. For optimal performance, it’s recommended to pair it with our Heat Separator and other Cool Cab Kit products. After extensive testing and various configurations, we’ve perfected this design. Thermal imaging tests reveal that, on an 85-degree day, the firewall temperature can soar to 165 degrees. The Air Ram alone reduces temperatures by 20-30 degrees, while the combined Air Ram and Heat Separator system achieves an impressive 50-60 degree reduction, even with both front and back windshields installed. This means that with a sealed cab—whether with our Cool Cab Kits or your own DIY solutions—this system effectively mitigates most of that excessive heat. In winter, the kit adapts to keep your cab warm. Simply replace the Air Ram base with our patent-pending heat pump, which draws hot air from the radiator and distributes it through the existing ducts, providing efficient heating without the need to tap into the coolant system. The Cool Cab Air Ram and Heat Separator is engineered to deliver comfort year-round, offering a seamless transition between cooling and heating with minimal effort. As an added bonus, during the summer, you can attach the blower to the summertime cooling base to boost the flow of cool air at the touch of a switch, enhancing your cabin’s comfort even further.

Air Ram Cool Cab Ventilation Kit
This is the Air Ram system. It forces compressed air via an inside air foil down in between the heat shield and the front cab plastic. Since the cooler air drops it makes it all the way to the floor boards while insuring no heat can build since radiator heat is not mixed in. What makes it even better is compressed air is introduced to 2 low pressure ducts, pushing and pulling cooler air into the foot area of the cab further diminishing any heat from the radiator lines. This system complements our other Cool Cab Kits Like nothing else. Even if you have a full windshield! That is how 95% of our testing was done. I Guarantee it! 
Air Ram Cool Cab and Heat Separator Combo Kit
This first picture is the The Heat Separator / Radiator air deflector. Made from double sided radiant aluminum with a 5mm insulating core to reflect and dissipate heat. The main portion is 4 pieces to effectively prevent the radiator air from coming into contact with front plastic. It seals All the way up to the bottom of the main hood panels. WORKS BEST WHEN COMBINED WITH OUR OTHER COOL CAB KITS. You may ask. What about when its cold in the winter. Well that’s not a problem with our added heat pump heating system option.

Summer base with Cool Cab push pull air ducts. before the cap is installed. This base can be easily changed out for our heat pump base. It turns this system into a unique cab heating system in the winter months. It pulls heat straight from the radiator and pumps in to the cabin with no plumbing or time consuming mess.
